Known for his meticulous attention to detail, empathetic bedside manner, and sense of humor, Dr. Seeley is committed to providing personalized treatment plans and ensuring both patients and referring dentists feel informed and at ease throughout the treatment process.
Dr. Ryan Seeley earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Alabama. During his time at Alabama, he was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society and was awarded both the Presidential and Engineering Leadership Scholarships.
He continued his education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he earned his dental degree as well as his medical degree. He then pursued advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UAB, gaining extensive experience in the full scope of the specialty.
During his residency, Dr. Seeley led the implementation of 3D-printed custom implant surgical guides in the oral surgery department. This initiative emphasized the importance of collaboration, planning,
and problem-solving in achieving surgical excellence. Additionally, he is passionate about anesthesia safety initiatives, particularly the development of emergency protocols modeled after safety systems used in the airline industry.
Outside the office and operating room, Dr. Seeley enjoys wakeboarding, traveling, cooking, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, Leslie, and their two dogs, Yoda and Ruth.
